A festival celebrating underwater exploration of our Great Lakes maritime history
We will take you on an exploration of 13 shipwrecks discovered in the past four years. Some deep, some shallow, some intact, some not so, but each has a story to tell. Included are the intact schooner Belle Mitchell found and identified by Mike and Georgann that still has her brass bell; a site with two large excavators; the sidewheel steamer Wisconsin with the oldest steam engine in Lake Erie; and the sidewheel steamer Anthony Wayne.
This program is about 45 minutes long, produced in PowerPoint with accompanying video.
